Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is an evidence-based training program administered by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing that teaches individuals how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among youth ages 12-18.
Youth Mental Health First Aid, Blended In-Person Format (participants must complete 2 hours of pre-course work online prior to the instructor-led training)
