Understanding Protection Orders
In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we invite you to attend Family Service Incorporated’s Lunch and Learn Understanding Protection Orders with Lois Fasnacht, Training Specialist with the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV).
This free training will provide an overview of the process, eligibility, filing procedures, and enforcement of orders such as Protection From Abuse (PFA) Orders, Sexual Violence Protection Order (SVPO), and a Protection From Intimidation (PFI) Order. The critical role PFAs play in enhancing victim safety and accountability will also be discussed.
